6 Steps for your design
Our products are targeted squarely towards the quality end of the cap market. Our expertise in producing custom made cap client specification put us firmly in the lead of the cap industry.
Our factory is registered in China for cap and garment manufacture and fully complies with all local government. Health & Safety regulations. Fabrics are sourced from Taiwan, Japan and Hong Kong as well as locally in China. All fabric complies with color fast and AZO free standards.
All customer logo can be emailed or ISDN to us, ideally in Photoshop JPEG or EPS format. Alternatively, email us a completed embroidery disk in Tajima format with colour reference.
A seven day sample service from China ensures that custom made orders can be delivered quickly with a choice of sea or air freight.
If deadlines are even tighter than seven days and preclude physical sampling, then high quality visuals and digital images can be emailed for same day approval.
Step 1. Cap Style
The traditional five and six panel caps are available with either structured or unstructured front panels. We are keen to work with individual customers to developed special styles to suit your requirement.

Step 3. PEAK FEATURE
We can produce various peak features on custom made cap, and all our peaks are pre-cured constructed from a plastic compound which is flexible, durable and ensures maintenance of shape.

Step 6. FINISHING
Button....
The button on the center of the crown is usually made to match the colour of the peak. However the button can be produced in any colour to compliment the cap. Also, we are able to produce embossed brass button with custom logo.
Eyelets...
As will as the button, eyelets can be embroidered in any colour. They are also available in brass either painted or unpainted.
Banding...
Printed sweat band & seam tapes adding extra value to your cap.
Label...
Labels with client's logos can be specially woven or printed. These can include additional information such as washing instructions.
Hangtag...
Printed swing tickets and barcode tickets can be arranged at the factory before despatch, which saves time and reduces procedure in the UK.
Packing...
All caps are packed 144pcs/carton, also available packed individually in poly bag.
